I forgot to mention that it would be great to get the tv fixed in the media room. We tried watching Academy Awards, World Cup. Tv not working as a tv.

Happy with office staff, maintenance and housekeeping. I wish some of the residents would be more respectful of the space around them and picking up after themselves, etc. I think it needs to be emphasized your residence that it's important for them to accompany their guest on the property and make sure they understand it's not OK to prevent the doors from latching so they're able to get back in and I would like to see the cars that are parked in our lot that shouldn't be there gone. There's not that many uncovered spots since so many people choose not to have covered parking.

We weren't home when service was done. Would like some feedback as to if the AC filter has been replaced at the time the rattling vibration was checked out and what was the cause of the rattling. The ticket just says work had been completed.

The maintenance on the property is poor. Various gates into the property broke and either took along time to get fixed or were never fixed. The Building 6 entrance by the garages never locked which was really a safety problem when the gate by the garages was broken. The 63 page Policy manual was not universally enforced to everyone. I do not care for the was the tenants were spoken to by the property managers. We were spoken to like we were little kids at school. Also when you went down to speak to them in person, most times they did not acknowledge you. It felt like you were interrupting them. I do not know what specialProvision people needed to have bikes parked in the inside of Building 6. They took out the take and chairs we liked and used to pit in bike racks. They were parked right outside my front door and caused a mess of dirt and tracks and were noisy when they were used. The excuses I was given were not very convincing.they had to be other was to solve the perceived problemI liked the apartment but not the location. Too much noise from 1-10. We did not need the amenities so the rent was too much. PS. My wife LOVED the garden!

I'm extremely pleased with the maintenance staff and performance here at MERA.The same young man has been in my apartment a couple of times, he is professional, polite and friendly. I do not know his name, but please look in your records and see who changed the refrigerator filter in apartment 2106. He needs to know that he is appreciated and that he does good work for MERA apartments in Goodyear.

Not finding a place to park. The free parking area along the Main Street is completely taken. I really can’t find a place at times to park. Even the loading area has people parking over the lines. Difficult to load and unload.
