I made a request for repairs and it a fast response, the gentleman are very nice about the problem job well done

It seems only certain people have the answer to questions that I have had in the past. I actually think all office personnel should have access to all information. But that’s not the case. I don’t know who knows what in the confines of the office.

Very pleasant to talk to very friendly completed his job request in a short time manner and basically made sure he cleaned up after his after his job well completed

I continue to be bothered by very loud music coming from somewhere upstairs. This has been reported but little to nothing done about it.

There were certain things I needed done that never were addressed ie a big hole on the island and I asked for a water filter and I never received one just to find out it had to be paid for and I would also have to pay for the labor. I suppose my nearly 2800$ a month was not enough also I had complained multiple times of someone smoking marijauna and flicking them on the courtyard there were roughly 13+ yard maintenance meaning landscapers did awful trash not being picked up and the dog waste bucked over flowing.

The larger apartments were quite expensive, with many 3 bedroom 2 bath houses priced almost a 1000 less. And amenities/events too late for those still working. Other than luggage carts needing repairs the property was clean, quiet, peaceful and safe. We truly enjoyed our time. We did not have many maintenance issues but on the rare occasion staff was very responsive and efficient when we moved in 2024. Didn’t really use current maintenance staff but they were polite and welcoming when encountered. Very nice apartment but a bit challenging financially. Reduced rent and fees such as garages, etc could seriously reduce vacancies and have longer term renters for sustained revenue.

the appliances were not in good working order. Stove was so dirty it filled the apartment with smoke the first time we used it, and the dishwasher had slimy dirt in it and does not drain we spent hours cleaning them so we could use them. The washing machine constantly went out of balance took a month to get it taken care of. Dishwasher still needs to be fixed. Apt. was not cleaned to my satisfaction.

We are needing to spend more time in Missouri and can’t afford to pay rent for a year but not be here. If there are snowbird options we would be very interested.
