It had been difficult to answer questions since so many changes of management and staff. Just this week lost a maintenance man and housekeeper. I’m paying 65 for carport others just 30 in the same location. We don’t know what’s going to change day to day

Just wish that maintenance crew would be more in tune to residents

I stay very busy volunteering at my church and other community centers so I do not participate in many of the activities here at MERA. However, I feel welcomed and invited, and people will stop and offer me a verbal invitation to an activity. I feel very included, even though my participation in activities is not very high.

Rental rate is quite high, especially for those on fixed income. And many of the events are too early and missed by those that still work. Also the key fobs have been a bit problematic.

Considering the amount of residents here I felt the time frame was reasonable.Christian? I believe was his name was polite and respectful and clean.

Travis was extremely approachable and very professional. He relayed a sense of urgency to a standard as if it was his own personal need.

First motor was wrong. Back in November’25.Don’t know if Mera didn’t want to get a better one or the manufacturer kept messing up.When it finally came maintenance did a fantastic job installing the motor. Thank you

Travis did a great job on my maintenance request.It wasn't an emergency, but was done in a timely manner. We have a great crew here at Mera. I appreciate all that you do to make this a wonderful place to call home.
