The one thing that concerns me is the turnover of managers in the three years we have been here. Also the maintenance staff has been outstanding as has the work Wendy does. Jan and Barbara Kordel

I was out of state… remember that this had not been done… I put in the request and was very pleased when I made it home…all was taken care of… home to fresh and clean air…

The only concern i have is all doors should be locked and need a key or a device to open them afterhours, all main doors are locked but the ones that lead to the stairs are left open 24 seven, this is not safe for the residents

Patrick always text me prior to coming over which helps me control Kokoa so she doesn't escape. He also explains when he can't complete a repair initially. He is professional and thorough.

The air conditioner was serviced & is working well.I am still waiting for the request put in for the bug man to come & spray my apartment for lil silver fish.

This is my second response to this review as you sent me the review way before anybody had time to do the maintenance required. It has been accomplished and very satisfactory. I'm always happy with our maintenance people. They're always kind and timely and efficient.
