We are needing to spend more time in Missouri and can’t afford to pay rent for a year but not be here. If there are snowbird options we would be very interested.

The reason I rated Staff as "good" is because there have been so many different people who have come and gone I don't really know everyone like when I first moved in to the community. It has nothing to do with them personally, I appreciate all the work everyone does.I do worry about the parking situation. I sometimes come home late from visiting my family or working and although I could not find a place to park instide the gate just a few times. I have come home many times where I have taken the last parking place available. I know I have the option of purchaing a place but I can't really aford the extra money. Thank You!

My AC unit went out for over a week… The night I realized it was the AC unit… Was the very night I put in the request … The next morning Christian arrived… He informed me that a part needed to be ordered… but until then he supplied me with two window units… Within the next three days, the part will end and my AC unit up and running like new… It all Christian greatly appreciate the follow up…

I am enjoying life here at Mera. The residents are very friendly and I have gotten to know many people. I have still been able to do the same things I did before Mera in the outside community and in my volunteer work .I enjoy the freedom from worry about things going wrong with a house and yard. The cost of living here is okay in my budget. I love Book Club and enjoy crafts especially too. The exercise classes seem good. My only problem is time to fit things in. Community meals, both pot luck and catered are a great social time. My one complaint is with the big maintence projects that seem to take forever such as the pool repairs and now the ongoing lack of lights in the pool at night. The problems in my apartment that I have asked to be fixed several times like windows that don't open and doors that don't close are not good. I guess I just need to keep asking. Overall, life at Mera is even better than I expected and I don't want to be anywhere else.

I work full-time and with staffing an issue, timeliness was not possible. They tried to accommodate as best given the circumstances.

Christian is a great asset to Organization.

I'm very concerned about stepping into Dog Poop on sidewalk (outside door 4) when I walk to my car. I almost did twice and I did take picture the 1st time.
