So far my move-in has been great everyone is friendly and helpful and all my needs have been met with any questions that I may have come up with the staff is super friendly it feels more like home here than the last place I was at this will be my home for now till who knows when hopefully for a very long time.

I submitted my request last Sunday and Travis came to do the repairs, first thing Monday morning. This is excellent service and my thanks to Travis!

There is a problem with the water consumption here. The leasing office is aware, and need to fix the problem. I’m consuming water usage while away on vacation for 2 weeks at 563 gallons. And it continues to happen. They gave me a credit and it’s not enough as it continues to happen an average 40 gallons a day.

You did a great job as usual. The young man is going to put in an order for a new washer for my kitchen sink faucet, changed my ice maker filter. Have a great day.

I have found the environment along with the many amenities, socials and activities at Mera Goodyear to be positive and engaging with friendly, happy residents and an excellent staff.

This work order has not been completed although Rent cafe states it is complete. This back entrance to the building has been an ongoing issue! We have only lived here since July and it has been very frustrating to all residents who use this entrance/exit door. Not to mention the safety issue for our community!

Better wi-fi connections. Certain times cause everything to be very slow or stop and tv freezes up. Don't think we should be charged for a carport, it's still open to most elements.

Staff is professional and looked at options to resolve maintenance issues. Appreciate what could be fixed and timeframe to resolve.
