He actually went above and beyond just changing out the filter he asked me for a cleaning rag so he could get rid of the dust that was inside and I truly appreciate it because I have terrible allergies

I wish the online system had more features, like showing the lifecycle of a ticket, showing if a ticket is already open for a community issue, notifying when the ticket is closed, and allowing comments from the person who worked on the ticket.
