I have told friends about Mera Greenfield, they were impressed by how this place is keep, how there are so many activities.

Locking the doors at 5:00 oclock pm is unreasonable for adults. not having the doors unlocked on SUNDAYS is unreasonable for adults.Having only TWO Handicapped spaces is also unreasonable.Inconsistant internet and service to same is unaceptable for any one.

I like the cooking activities and wish they would be more often.

I am so happy here! The staff is always there to help you. Maintenance requests are handled within hours or day. I love my apartment and don't plan to move again.

I wish on the priority portion of the maintenance request form would have more choices. Low, medium, higher and emergency. Take out “scheduled” unless you guys need it.

I enjoy living at MERA Greenfield. It was difficult getting the cable tv set up and the internet outages are challenging because I work from home a lot. Everything else is fine.THX

Gossip amongst certain tenants is a problem, especially when its not true or you are just minding your own buisiness.Certain tenants think they own the place and are disrespectful to those who are new and have bully behaviors and mentalities. We are all adults and should treat one another with respect.Overall, Staff is great, and apartment complex feels comfortable, location appears safe.We all hope for a long term lease throughout the future, but time will tell.

From the day we toured Mera, our interactions with staff were 100% positive and helpful. From the day we moved in, staff and residents alike have made us feel right at home. Such a pleasant and happy atmosphere. We were welcomed with gifts, greetings and invitations to activities. Thank you for all the special touches you provide.

I feel there are too many people here with scooters that they fly around the area. Like they don't have any control. I'm so afraid that somebody's gonna get hurt when they run into them.
