Sam fixed my clogged sink with speed and cleanliness. He showed me the disposal that I was unaware that I had. He then re placed a screw in a cabinet door and oiled my front door without me asking because it had a serious squeak. He is very friendly, always speaking to me whenever I see him in the building. Very knowledgeful about his job. Works clean and knows what he’s doing. He’s a great asset to the building.

As usual, Sam hit it out of the park, excellent service, as always, the whole staff is great!

I truly feel comfortable living in my apartment and love the staff , they are very helpful and gone beyond helping me with any issues I have had .
