The assistant Manager Yohariz is very rude to deal with on issues. She says things then does not back up what she says, instead she starts quoting lease reasons after she had already verbally informed us that it would be fixed, our Cox internet did not work for 8 months , we had Cox out multiple times, Yohariz stated “we are going to be getting rid of Cox and you should get a refund, they never fixed our internet, I’m a nurse and it was imperative I had working internet. I had to buy my own internet and was never refunded. After we decided to leave, Yohariz refused to give new community a rental reference stating “we still lived at Mera so she wouldn’t give one.

I am very happy that I chose Mera Greenfield for my apartment home. Management and Leasing Agents are so friendly and helpful in every possible way. There are more social activities than I had expected and other residents here are very friendly, nice people. I feel very proud to live here!

Lost my job. No family here had to move to the UK. The shoulder injury I have made it hard to open the door. The key fob to enter the building very difficult. Took many attempts to get in every time I went out. The actual unit is perfect but without a job I had no choice. Half of the administration team was released.

Well I was putting the plug in the outlet wrong so there was nothing wrong with the outlet. It was a very short visit for him but he always is cordial responsive and does an excellent job
