Whenever friends ask what I particularly like about living at Mera Greenfield, I always mention the maintenance crew. It is such a pleasure and relief to not have to worry about maintenance issues.

Request pertained to an unsafe area on the Mera property. It was taken care of very, very quickly.

I am very happy here I love my apt I am surprised that I don't see more people out and about but I think over all it is a good place to live.

Sam did a great job with fixing the grinding noise coming from the living ceiling and putting silicone caulking around faucet plate in master bath stall shower. His quality of service is top notch! Thank you!

5 Stars for everything! Service done asap (rained first day after request so rooftop was not accessible for the AC job) Sam is outstanding- efficient, professional and personable; Greenfield is lucky to have him!

There have been two problems since I moved in. I’m still experiencing problems with internet connection and did call Cox yesterday. Still not working correctly.The second issue is a banging noise in the wall behind the stove. It happens every day at different times and is difficult to ignore. I asked Sam about it and was told it’s probably the elevator. It sounds like a drum beating and I can hear it from the bedroom.

Thank you for addressing my concern in a timely manner! I have only had a good experience with the service request that I have placed so far and I really appreciate it!
