My refrigerator was out on Sunday. Called it in. Tom called me back right away. He said to check the breaker. It had tripped. Problem solved. Tom came and checked it the next day. Thank you Tom and Sam for all you do.

Sam is the best on the planet !! Always a timely response, always a courteous and helpful demeanor. As a resident I know he makes my requests a priority and I have absolute confidence in his knowledge of all systems and what's needed. Definitely the best person for the job.
