Sam is the best maintenance guy ever!

I was greatly pleased with how fast my request was taken care of. I put it in on a Sunday and it was taken care of on Monday.

My mobility is limited and am unable to walk to the compactor. Almost everything I shop for is delivered and I can't always dispose of the packing material in a timely manner. It would help me to have another option nearby.

I love my apartment. It’s now become my home. I love my backyard and the access to things around me. I have a concern regarding neighbors being inconsiderate and not understanding that we all have to live here together. That is something I’m working on with Jodi the people who work here are outstanding, especially Jodi. I am very proud of the community I live in and share my thoughts with visitors, new people, and those who are looking thank you for the opportunity to share my feelings.

It was a simple request. It was completed in a timely fashion, as all my service requests have been completed. Maintenance people have expertise, andare friendly and kind.

I haven’t felt like socializing yet.

I put the order in before I went to swim and when I got back 35 minutes later it was all done and completed, they were above and beyond fast service , thank you for the prompt service .

Sam completed our repairs in a top notch, efficient and courteous manner.
