The maintenance team Sam and Thom were outstanding. I also thought Yohariz was great and the only person I wanted to deal with in the office. There rest of the staff are on a power trip over easily intimidated residents. I tried to remind them it is our home. There is a clique of residents that the office prefers. Often excluding other residents. Different rules for those friends of office vs all other residents. There are far too many residents that need an actual assisted living arrangement. But filling units is the goal. I was happy to leave.

I really like that the maintenance request were completed the next day after putting a request in .Sam was outstanding and always enjoy the door hangers left to let me know what has been done 👍

Service here is always excellent

Brenda was awesome! She gave us her undivided attention & answered our questions. What a beautiful community this is. Put a deposit on my favorite (Azure) the same day!!

Jackie was so friendly and welcoming She time us all about the facility and then met us tour the various alarebtments.

I know l need to get more involved in activities but sometimes the clicks don’t seem to be too interested in welcoming new arrivals into the click. I guess it just takes time.

Sam and Tom we’re fantastic!

I had to go thru more than a dozen "pictures" to prove i was human. It took way too much time and was very frustrating.
