The staff are amazing! It's quiet, the upkeep is great. The only thing I would suggest is being stricter about the reserved parking. We pay for those spots. I've noticed here on the backside of bldg 5 & 6, people just park wherever they want. I even saw some guests parking in reserved spaces too. I normally don't like to complain but, if we have to pay for those spots, I think whoever else are using or parking there need to pay too.

I am very satisfied with the move I made to Mera Greenfield. I have only one concern. Why are there no grab bars in the shower and tub area? I realize we can have them installed and pay the higher price than normal. I am concerned there will be an accident, and who's insurance will cover that in a rental property.

Our maintenance personnel are awesome. They respond to the maintenance issue promptly. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance supervisor, Sam is the best!!

I moved into my apartment and the refrigerator was not working. Maintenance came quickly to switch it out, but I was not here when that happened. When I returned a few days later, I had a new refrigerator, but I did not realize it was not working. Went shopping and put food in it, but it was not cooling. It would have been nice if they had put a sticky on the refrigerator indicating a compressor had been ordered. Because there was no note I assume things were OK and wasted some money on shopping.

I think when I have been here for a little longer I'll have more feedback. But I have no regrets about this move and enjoying the facilities and all the staff are wonderful
