The entire maintenance staff at Mera Greenfield is fantastic. Service is always prompt and done correctly the first time. It's one of the great aspects of living here.

Sam is tge best. We are losing a good man.

Very happy here but it would be nice to have more fitness classes suited to those who have physical issues. It might be nice to have a car and driver available at the residence for those of us who cant drive any more. Ubering is not always the best option.

For my renewal I would like to see my carpets cleaned in the bedroom.

The rental rate is higher than the industry rate for the area.

Mera Greenfield is a wonderful community for 55+!

Very happy with the apartment design and community atmosphere. Currently dealing with insect issues in my apartment. The office staff is working with the pest control service to see if they can get the issues fixed. If this continues to be an issue, I might be moving out early.
