Staff are such nice people. The community is beautiful and all the amenities make it even better. I only wish is that the appliance manuals were with the machines so I could take proper care of them.

The maintenance team Sam and Thom were outstanding. I also thought Yohariz was great and the only person I wanted to deal with in the office. There rest of the staff are on a power trip over easily intimidated residents. I tried to remind them it is our home. There is a clique of residents that the office prefers. Often excluding other residents. Different rules for those friends of office vs all other residents. There are far too many residents that need an actual assisted living arrangement. But filling units is the goal. I was happy to leave.

I really like that the maintenance request were completed the next day after putting a request in .Sam was outstanding and always enjoy the door hangers left to let me know what has been done 👍
