Was told again nothing can be done to water levels in washer. Suppose to fill by weight. This causes more smaller loads, if laundry over half full, not enough water to cover the cloths even if on high. It shows me I'd never buy this style!

Working with Brenda was the main reason for picking this property as she is a SUPER person to work with! I also LOVE the layout of the apartment that I picked.

Unfortunately the smoke detectors heat sensor could not be adjusted . It goes off every time we use the oven due to heat not smoke . Have to use a broom handle to push the button to get it to go off . Very annoying .

Sam is an outstanding maintenance person.Always quick to respond to my maintenance concerns. He is always friendly, professional and kind.

The assistant Manager Yohariz is very rude to deal with on issues. She says things then does not back up what she says, instead she starts quoting lease reasons after she had already verbally informed us that it would be fixed, our Cox internet did not work for 8 months , we had Cox out multiple times, Yohariz stated “we are going to be getting rid of Cox and you should get a refund, they never fixed our internet, I’m a nurse and it was imperative I had working internet. I had to buy my own internet and was never refunded. After we decided to leave, Yohariz refused to give new community a rental reference stating “we still lived at Mera so she wouldn’t give one.

Sam was friendly, extremely polite and did the minor jobs cleanly and in good time. We are lucky to have him.

I am very happy that I chose Mera Greenfield for my apartment home. Management and Leasing Agents are so friendly and helpful in every possible way. There are more social activities than I had expected and other residents here are very friendly, nice people. I feel very proud to live here!
