Sam did a great job with fixing the grinding noise coming from the living ceiling and putting silicone caulking around faucet plate in master bath stall shower. His quality of service is top notch! Thank you!

5 Stars for everything! Service done asap (rained first day after request so rooftop was not accessible for the AC job) Sam is outstanding- efficient, professional and personable; Greenfield is lucky to have him!

There have been two problems since I moved in. I’m still experiencing problems with internet connection and did call Cox yesterday. Still not working correctly.The second issue is a banging noise in the wall behind the stove. It happens every day at different times and is difficult to ignore. I asked Sam about it and was told it’s probably the elevator. It sounds like a drum beating and I can hear it from the bedroom.

When we moved here eight months ago, we were told to put our emergency request in the portal. I have now found out through maintenance not the office that the portal only sends them an email . That I have to call the main number and select maintenance for an emergencyand then the phone call will go directly to one of the maintenance personnel directly on call. The portal is mainly for the office to keep track of maintenance requests. Nobody in the office had told me that. The office needs to have clearer instructions. Our air conditioning has gone out twice in the last three months in our unit. once I got a hold of maintenance, and spoke to them and on the phonethey came and fixed it the same day .Now I know what I need to do if it happens again.
