I have trouble using the office equipment provided on 2d floor. Maybe an explanatory sign would help me. In reality I remain totally satisfied with Mera H. And look forward to next year.

The electrical panel in my apartment (347) the breakers switch off frequently, (a few times a month). That is the only issue I’ve ever had. Love the property and the staff! Great place to live!

Mark came very promptly and discovered the problem with disposal and fixed it. Could not ask for better service.

Each building should have a cart with wheels in the lobby so bigger items can be taken to the dumpsters.

Sometimes be a little nicer

I love living at Mera Henderson . The maintenance staff know exactly what they’re doing if they need to repair anything..Our management team is super fantastic. They will help with anything that you need. They’re easy to talk to, and they know all of us by name.We have so much to do at Mera Henderson. We have dance parties. We have karaoke we have Cinco de Mayo parties. We have Father’s Day Mother’s Day. We have picnics. It’s great if you’re not already here I would suggest getting here. It’s great. I love living here.

I am a volunteer here and love helping out with the activities and helping in any way. I was unhappy when they removed our original coffee maker. That was one amenity I really enjoyed and was a main reason I choose to live here. Don’t use the coffee maker much anymore. Love the exercise groups that we have made. This is really my home and love our staff.

Better parking

The fellows replaced thermostat twice and thermostat was faultu. Third time replaced and akk works well. While here did secure chrome part on tub overflow that fell off. And later in day delivered touch up paint I requested. Was great.
