Maintenance was very professional. My problem was resolved.

The kitchen is not large enough to hold CMC events. The lack of sound abatement in that space is disappointing. Those events could be more enjoyable if we could hear each other and have conversations.

The only minor issue I have that needs to be resolved is that I noticed on my original lease and the last renewal lease it says I was issued two (2) apartment door keys. I know for sure I was only issued one door key one gate remote and one garage remote as well as one key fob for the building. I don't know why I didn't notice this before but this will need to be addressed. Otherwise I enjoy living here.

The inside property grounds have gone downhill. Residents have been allowed to take over the library and kitchen for themselves. Others don't feel welcomed. The pool chemicals are found unsafe to swim in way to often. Some tenants are testing the chemicals before they swim. Alot of times no chlorine...Thats awful. The staff plays favoritism to certain residents. Regular daily maintenance is not being kept up. Here's an example...new umbrellas put up, old ones left shattered around. I put in work requests to have them moved. They were so much in the way when you got in and out of the pool. I thought pretty dangerous...that took 9 days to remove them and then they just threw in the pool maintenance room, hum... that could have been done the first day the new ones arrived. So Lazy...too busy eating at the residents socials.

Rely on staff to submit work orders rather than app. Works great.

We all benefit greatly by having Rusty and Mark as the maintenance team here at Mera Henderson. This is a beautiful community, but even beyond that, it is well taken care of with their expertise, attention to detail, and professionalism. We are always amazed how quickly they respond to maintenance requests within the same day....and very often within an hour or less of the request! Rusty has the experience to know which jobs need immediate attention and plans out each day accordingly. They are personable with the residents and good-natured about the work-load, which can be sizeable. I heard one other resident describe Rusty and Mark as the "backbone" that holds this community together, and she is right on. We are all lucky beyond words to have them here, and I hope you folks realize that too.

One of the two light bulb replacement visits on that day was completed within an hour or two of submission on the resident portal. Very appreciated. Thank you, Maintenance Supervisor Rusty.
