The only negative feedback on the unit is the carpet is pretty worn down in the main traffic areas.

Dog park needs some parameters. Some folks camp out there, making it difficult to take our dog reactive animal in there.Washing machine is extremelynoisy!Carpet is extremely worn and unsightly in apartment.

Mark is highly skilled in maintenance and always provides an E excellent result. I like his demeanor and professionalism.

Maintenance is great. I was disappointed that my apartment was not cleaned well before I moved in. Very superficial cleaning done by cleaning company. Counters had dried good stuck on, dryer full of lint, dust and dirt on window sills, carpet not cleaned as promised. I do hear my upstairs neighbor moving around his apt. He is up around 430am and is rather heavy footed.

Community excellent. I’m 61 and a lively 61. I feel like I’m in an assisted living environment .The older people 75 and up need to mind their own business. I don’t take part in the events like I was excited to do because of this reason
