Overall I love living at Mera. The team that was here at move in was exceptional. I understand things change and it can be difficult for new staff to get up to speed.I moved here because it is a non smoking community. Unfortunately, I have been exposed to smoking throughout much of my stay here, and it affects my health. I do feel the staff is concerned & helpful; it is just unfortunate because we usually can’t tell where the smoking is coming from.I appreciate and utilize the fitness room. I truly love my apartment and very much want to continue living here if affordable. I do not usually participate in activities here , by choice, not because of the offerings. I work and see friends & family outside of the community.

My only issue with my unit is that I didn't want carpeting and the model i was shown didn't have carpeting but when I relocated and occupied my unit it had carpeting. I was informed that for $75 added to my rent it would be removed which isn't an option for me .

I really do love living here. I have great neighbors and love my unit. Zero complaints. I, however, do not use the facilities or events. I pay to utilize all these nice things but I don’t have the time. I know rent will undoubtedly go up at renewal so I am keeping an eye out on other options such as small townhouse/house that will be a little bigger with garage. No matter what i end up doing Mera is a great place in my opinion.
