I wish there’s an easier way to cross to Inspirada Shopping Plaza without having to walk thru their parking lot

I have enjoyed my first year here at Mira HENDERSON, I hope to have many more. I enjoy all the tenants and the staff, I love being a volunteer. This is home!!

Rusty and associate was every prominent in servicing a maintenance request thank you

Maintenance here is absolutely awesome. Requests are taken care of the same day as submitted or the next. The work requests are handled professionally and skillfully. There is always a genuine upbeat and positive attitude that is very very nice. Our community is very lucky to have the maintenance team we have had, and very specifically to have Rusty as the head of maintenance. He gets it done for all of us.

Mera was a good experience. The staff was super. I have no big complaints at all.

I enjoyed my time living there at Mera Henderson. The property was well maintained and all the staff were friendly and accommodating. Aaron, Linda and Lorena were there from the beginning and a valuable part of the community! They were always pleasant and went out of their way to make sure myself and other residents were taken care of. When Michiline and Rusty came on board, they continued the great service that I had come to expect from all the staff and were always friendly.

I don’t like the smokers standing in front even tho it’s considered off property. It does look tacky when one drives by. I’m not the only one who thinks this. Maybe find a space in far corners of the parking lot. The smoke would be less likely to enter apartments.I also think the apartments here need a disaster plan. Some residents leave some don’t. No general place t assemble etc.
