Rent is high enough. I don't think I would stay if it's going up especially since we use to get so much more before.

Parking needs to be improved. The only complaint that I have love it. They’re not happy with the parking.

The service was provided the same day the service was asked for since it was on the same day the fellow who sprays for bugs was here.

The fire alarm drill was a bit loud. Should warn those in your announcement memo that it could be quite loud and may continue beyond an hour.

It’s summer- get the pool situation fixed!! It needs to be heated now.Have someone empty the dog park trash can much more often. Poop bags being laid on top of can bc it’s full is UNACCEPTABLE. Make everyone feels accepted at functions. Open activity planning up to everyone. Maybe planning committee meeting to get more involved and some new fresh ideas and not the same few always. Fix water fountain in dog park. Make paid parking spots close to your residence.

I have trouble using the office equipment provided on 2d floor. Maybe an explanatory sign would help me. In reality I remain totally satisfied with Mera H. And look forward to next year.
