Rusty is exceptional, always friendly, fast and efficient at his job

We are a very nice pleasant friendly quiet respectful private couple. We don’t need to be pleased as long as we get help when it’s needed and give respect for each other and everyone else.

The number one thing that is the most important thing to me; is that when my lease expires soon; that My Renewal Lease Rent On this Apartment; Does Not Increase. This is the only thing that matters to me.

We thought there would more community activities other then drink or food oriented. Trips to movies, shows, etc. We are happy the pool finally seems to be fixed. We love the property, staff, and location. I think $60 a month for covered parking is rediculious. Right now we pay $35, and are okay with that, but $60 would probably have me not pay for covered parking.Other then that, we think it's an amazing property

Rusty is awesome. He’s always on top of maintenance request. He so polite and fun when doing anything for me. He’s family!

Having a key fob for grocery deliveries from Amazon or Walmart shopping app deliveries to the home so they can get into the building

The issue - water not filling the washing machine. I put in a request which was on Sunday to have the problem rectified. Rusty came just after 9 am on Monday to resolve the issue by checking out the water lines. He gently moved them around behind the machine, and the water started flowing into the machine - problem solved.

I am likely moving to Summerlin. Would rent Sparrow, but nothing there yet. I do not like the Durango location.
