I really do love living here. I have great neighbors and love my unit. Zero complaints. I, however, do not use the facilities or events. I pay to utilize all these nice things but I don’t have the time. I know rent will undoubtedly go up at renewal so I am keeping an eye out on other options such as small townhouse/house that will be a little bigger with garage. No matter what i end up doing Mera is a great place in my opinion.

The leak was fixed; however, the light fixture from which the water was pouring out never recovered. It was said that the light would function again once everything had a chance to dry out. We waited 24 hours before turning the light on so it could "dry out", but the fixture never recovered, and the light does not come on; however, the fan does, so maybe the leak fried the bulb or the fixture (unknown).

Randy Called within an hour of my request. He ask if I’d pushed the reset button just to see if I’d completed mt trying to reset my garbage disposal. I hadn’t so we could fix it over the phone. Very happy we could do that. Learned how to do it on my own!

Very attentive and courteous

I submitted my request to have my apartment sprayed for insects on Monday. The task was completed on Wednesday when the bug sprayer was here.

I chose Mera for its remote location and mountain views and country atmosphere. It would be great if there was more walking paths with a nature effect .
