Sure wish that building 2 would look more welcoming rather than "unfinish" due to the flat white walls. If art work is not in the budget, then perhaps a more warm paint color.

The frequent changes in staff have made a challenge for the residents here. The specific needs of senior citizens need to be addressed in a more satisfying manner. We would like for staff to be better trained to help provide solutions when we seek them. There have been ongoing issues with the Media Room and the two ice making machines. During the three years that we have lived here, we have asked several times to have the windows in the apartments cleaned. Living on the fourth floor, it would greatly enhance our views. Finally, we felt as though we were misled before moving here that the swimming pool was unheard. That seems like a must for seniors. We are enjoying living here in Las Vegas and we love our home. We look forward to many more years here.

I had to make several face to face requests.

I’d like the office to understand that the construction noise is a real thing. Now that it’s daylight savings they can start at 5 am and this should be reflected in our rent on that side. I’ve heard from other tenants that the non-construction side’s rent increases are the same as the construction side. Doesn’t make sense to me when they don’t have to deal with it.

The maintenance staff from the Henderson property had to come here to correctly diagnose the problem and tell our maintenance staff what to do to fix it! It has now been fixed for which I am very grateful.

The community is great with lots of new friends and activities. Updates on projects and changes could be better communicated.

I love the complex because of my apartment. I have lived in Vegas for over two decades, so I have my community in place. The previous female staff, genuinely loved working here, no longer the same, there was Inviting music no longer, they simply engaged. I skim over the calendar, hearing residents really no longer enthusiastic, with budgets changing as well as not renewing their lease. Just making you aware of what’s happening with morale. Me, myself and I love my apartment.

The turnover in staff could have been handled better at keeping the residents informed. As for the new hires, send out an email introducing them so when we go into the office, we know who they are. It would be helpful to include their responsibilities and their email address, so we then know whom to contact for a particular issue. The rent increases are inconsistent and not at a set rate across the board.Regarding Sparrow stepping back and the genesis of CVG groups -- Recently, Jessica from corporate sent out an email to us and used a "do not reply" email address--shutting off our ability to communicate with her. Thankfully, we have a responsive CVG leader here to help us navigate these changes.
