The residents at the Mera property were so warm and welcoming. I anticipate a more social life with a feeling of community.

Our maintenance staff is always prompt, courteous and efficient..overall excellent! We are so fortunate to have them!

1: handrails are needed on one side of walls where apartments are. 2. Front and back doors should be able to open automatically, doors are deliberately being left open and pose a risk to residents. 3. There should be a ramp at front door. Yes this is an active 55+ community but because of disability act you have to allow residents with walker, scooters and wheelchairs live here, you cannot turn them away. 4: elevators should have a generator in case of loss of electricity for the above mentioned residents that cannot go down long flights of stairs.

I submitted my request, but had to leave for a doctor appointment. When I returned the drain leak was fixed and cleaned up. It was done quickly and well. I was very relieved and pleased

He found the source of the odor, being the shower drain, and cleaned it out. It was full of wads of previous renter's hair and was nasty. I afterward poured a little bleach down the drain, and the odor disappeared. Now, however after showering, which cleared the bleach, the odor persists unless I pour more bleach. No bleach, and the offensive odor invading the Master suite is undoubtedly the sewer.

Only suggestion i would make is for maintenance to leave a notice that work was completed on their departure.
