The staff from top to bottom has been very friendly, responsive,and professional. I would highly recommend living here to anyone looking for a 55 and over community.

I am not longer able to afford MERA. My funds have been depleted through fraud. Could you possibly rephrase your question about the staff here? I would give each of the groups a different rating as I am sure you would also.

Leo is great! Always respectful and professional. He explained smoke alarms don’t run on batteries that it’s electrical, he replaced alarm in my bedroom and no more chirping! Yay!

I have already given an email notice to staff as well as telling Sonya that I will not renew lease. My doctors recommendation of leaving this complex due to CPAP machines being replaced, now receiving Allergy Shots for the next 3 - 5 years. Truly disappointed with the lack of resolution in timely response. It should be resolved within two months max not nine!

Eliminate unnecessary fees, cable, please hired additional folks to assist in maintaining the floors. Impossible for 1 person to maintain. 2 for building 1 and 2 for bldg 2.
