Being a community of 55+ is a large difference in ages. The younger tenants are more active, louder and seem to lack their surroundings of other tenants. The elderly are sweet, quiet, but not much in common. Some of the tenants work so sometimes in the morning when you want to sleep in it’s noisy at 8am. They are playing pickle ball at 8am. The summer exercise classes don’t even start till 9am. I like our balcony. Tye and Lashawn are excellent. It would be nice to have another person at the front office desk that you can talk to if you have a question, call if you have a question, or can see potential tenants that walk in to get information about Mera Rhodes besides the manager. The current maintenance manager is great. It’s very clean here. I think if tenants have a lot of family members visiting they should park on the street. Cox cable is constantly going down about three times a week even in the media room. Always have to reboot it and wait about ten minutes for it to return. Maybe cox can update our modems. I wish the one bedroom apartment was at least 900+ square feet for our rent which is comparable. Thanks everyone.

Allowing a "group" to run a community rather than hiring an activity director does not work for everyone to feel accepted in participating and/or enjoying an event.

The staff is very pleasant, always helpful, and personal. The residents are the same as staff very friendly, I love that. There's many activities daily if you want to stay busy. I love this place. Linda Harris

Love the fact that it's a newer property. Very welcoming staff.

There are times the outside doors do not close completely, therefore leaving them unlocked. This problem has gone on for quite a while.

My journey to visit properties has just begun. To summerize my finding after looking at my options only then will I make a final decision. Your property to date is the best. Thank You.
