Leo got right to the repair and did a perfect job. Leo really cares about his work timing and quality

Leo did a great job!

Current staff (especially Brandon) is the main reason I am renewing

When I originally inputted my request I asked that I be called before coming. I stayed home from work twice to meet. No one came the first time. There were signs placed on my door the following two days. I happen to be home on a Friday and maintenance came by chance. Still no phone call that day either. The tech told me the contractor would come on Monday. I stayed home from work again and no one called or came. The younger Hispanic gentleman did replace my filter and that was done quickly and efficiently. I will have to put in yet another request but am hesitant because my requests to be called are not followed. My ceiling still has a crack in it and if any damage to anything personal occurs because of my ceiling I will be submitting an invoice for repayment. My apartment has been in disarray waiting for the repair in this third week after my initial request.

There are three handicap parking spaces on the west side of our community . My wife & I both have walkers and there are no handicap parking spaces on the east side of the property where we live.

I’d like to say I am will please with the complex and with the staff, I enjoy my stay here and yes, I will be renewing the continued my journey here

Request was completed that day. During the repair process another small problem was detected and also fixed and completed as well. Terry and Leo went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Thank you !

Everything is perfect

The residents at the Mera property were so warm and welcoming. I anticipate a more social life with a feeling of community.

Our maintenance staff is always prompt, courteous and efficient..overall excellent! We are so fortunate to have them!
