Leo has filled other work orders for me. He is always obliging. respectful to me and to my apartment. Friendly with a great attitude. Both maintenance men are excellent and the best that I have met on this property so far.

I love living here, it’s quiet, everyone is respectful I believe the building is very well kept. There is always activities to keep you busy. Maintenance and office staff is great. This is a Great place to call home!

I had a water leak under my sink in the bathroom and it was a holiday weekend, it doesn’t seem right that there is no emergency on call maintenance with something like this. It took 3 days and I could’ve had a lot of damage had I not caught it early.

Very pleased with cleanliness of the community, including the hallways and pet cleanliness by the residents. After 2 + years have very quiet neighborhood and neighbors. Community events promote family friendly atmosphere. Look forward to remaining if I can afford the renewal terms, being on a fixed income. My lease is currently an 18-month term and hope a renewal at an identical term length is possible. Hope to receive the renewal terms asap, in case a move is necessary for affordable reasons alone. Thanks

#1 I would feel safer if there are security cameras at some of the doors and in the kitchen. Many times especially the front door is not closed properly (therefore unlocked) during night and Sundays. Also we can’t leave anything overnight in the kitchen for a next day event because they disappear…#2 Recently there are overwhelmingly many activities, some of which are very similar. As a result even I who is known to be VERY active here ended up having to choose which ones to attend. Please try to coordinate if possible among Mera, CVG and other residents coordinators so that there is no overlap of events… but I still appreciate there are so many fun events :)#3 Please have your landscaping company check sprinklers more often. I have noticed and reported water leaks several times.Thank you!

This is a copy of my email request I sent on Saturday, May 16th. I also sent an attachment photo with the request. The tree is not secured and there was a wind advisory for Sunday thru Monday. The tree branch is bent over and looks like it might fall/break off over the sidewalk. I spoke with the Community Manager on Tuesday evening and she wasn’t aware of the situation or anything about my email request. There should be a system where someone checks the daily emails. The automated system reply states, “Someone from our office will contact you shortly.” I want to say the new management staff are helpful, friendly but just a little forgetful. Thank you for your attention to this matter.Dear Ann,We have just received your work order request—thank you! It is currently pending review, and someone from our office will contact you shortly.
