I enjoy everything about moving in here. It is my best decision to move here. It would be awesome if my rent wouldn’t go up after my first year. I love it here and I am on a fixed income.. That would be spectacular if I could stay.

When placing an order for repairs, they come , but it continually repeats itself. Speaking of the microwave & refrigerator, it’s really annoying. Microwave keeps going off. And the refrigerator keeps freezing my produce that shouldn’t freeze for its not place in freezing section of the refrigerator. Just venting food it very costly & when it happen it has to be thrown away.

This is the only place I plan to call home.

I am concerned that the particular non resident group using the apartment facilities regularly.

Please get ride of the weeds on the back wall of the property they are getting 3-4’ tall. Looks very ugly and unkept.

I might be in the market to buy a place.
