The only rough spot that I have is with the accessibility to the building after office hours. This makes it difficult for delivery services to drop off orders after 5:00 p.m. or before 9:30 a.m..I would appreciate if management could find a way to allow authorized vendors to enter the building during reasonable off hours (for example between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and between 7:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m).

We are extremely happy here and with everything. We are looking forward to enjoying it for many years to come.

The toilet still leaks.The refrigerator still says i need filter, which he changed while he was here.

I am enjoying living at MERAOf course I can not rate the experience as excellent because it is not perfect nor could it be for everyone. There are many improvements in the works and all of th are appreciated..

The staff is very pleasant, always helpful,and personal. The residents are the same as staff very friendly, I love that. There's many activities daily if you want to stay busy. I love this place.Linda Harris
