I feel like I am a great resident, I waited along time for this site to be built. I didnt want to live any where else so I waited. I realize that times are changing really fast and prices are going crazy, I really wish that my Rent could stay low, I would stay here forever. I love this place. And the staff couldn't get any better.

I enjoy living at Mera Rhodes Ranch. The Community is pleasant and offers a lot friendship opportunities. I enjoy the different activities each month. I particularly enjoy the staff members helpfulness and pleasant personalities. They really take care of problems and get things done!

Done in a very short time with report left on my counter that he was there and what he did.

Maintenance was there to repair my disposal within 45 minutes or less after I request for service. And he was awesome thank you for all you do.

My service request was handled was excellent and maintenance department was very professional.

The only rough spot that I have is with the accessibility to the building after office hours. This makes it difficult for delivery services to drop off orders after 5:00 p.m. or before 9:30 a.m..I would appreciate if management could find a way to allow authorized vendors to enter the building during reasonable off hours (for example between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and between 7:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m).

We are extremely happy here and with everything. We are looking forward to enjoying it for many years to come.
