Personnel are always professional and friendly. If the repair will take another visit they let you know and keep you updated

Bathroom sink still not fixed. Still has a small amount of water dripping from pipe so I can not put items underneath

The first request was done wrong. So I had to submit a second one to fix the first one. The second one was done correctly.

We have been here for 3 years and have enjoyed living here. We've met a lot of nice people over the years who have come and gone, residence and staff. This property is located in a very convenient location close to all the stores we go to. And because of the location and being that it's a gated community we feel safe living here unlike some of the other rentals on this side of town where it's not gated and located on the main streets. Plus, the tenants seem to look after each other here which is great. Maybe it would be nice to do something for the long term tenants as an incentive or just to show appreciation .

Being a community of 55+ is a large difference in ages. The younger tenants are more active, louder and seem to lack their surroundings of other tenants. The elderly are sweet, quiet, but not much in common. Some of the tenants work so sometimes in the morning when you want to sleep in it’s noisy at 8am. They are playing pickle ball at 8am. The summer exercise classes don’t even start till 9am. I like our balcony. Tye and Lashawn are excellent. It would be nice to have another person at the front office desk that you can talk to if you have a question, call if you have a question, or can see potential tenants that walk in to get information about Mera Rhodes besides the manager. The current maintenance manager is great. It’s very clean here. I think if tenants have a lot of family members visiting they should park on the street. Cox cable is constantly going down about three times a week even in the media room. Always have to reboot it and wait about ten minutes for it to return. Maybe cox can update our modems. I wish the one bedroom apartment was at least 900+ square feet for our rent which is comparable. Thanks everyone.

I feel like there should be cameras on some areas of the property, none of which I have noticed.Seniors would feel a lot more secure, especially at nighttime. Areas between buildings, outside on the grounds, and hallways.should be monitored.

I love the sense of family in the community.

I had a welcome experience. The community was awesome. The people was fabulous. I enjoy the whole environment of this community. I would recommend to anybody. I know the fabulous place that this is thank you.

My request was minor. I was advised as to how to control the buildup of calcium in my toilet and that was the extent of the maintenance visit.
