Leo is always professional, friendly and very knowledgeable!

Leo was incredible and efficient..so glad Terry and Leo are our maintenance team. Both are hard workers and actually work - unlike previous maintenance teams!

Everything was installed beautifully accept that I couldn’t understand language. I’m blind and cannot visualize. A shower head was left on my sink. I accidentally threw it away. Do I have to pay?

I enjoy the community, but the change of management and employees in the front office leaves a lot to be desired. The socials that management is responsible for is below average. If it wasn't for the residents Fun Committee and Taco Tuesdays there wouldn't be any fun events. When I moved in three years ago, we were promised socials with nice food, music, and a bar. It lasted for less than a year! My Rent is based on all of the promises, which isn't being met. I'd like to renew my lease at the same monthly rate, with the hope that management's socials will return with good food, music, and an open bar.

Honestly I find that what I'm paying for doesn't match what I'm truly getting for this being a Senior living community. However there are some very nice things & perks in regards to living here!

Staff is wonderful, residents friendly and welcoming, buildings and grounds beautiful

Sonny was professional and extremely knowledgeable of the property.

At this moment I can't think of anything. Everything seems great to me.

Terri is prompt and if he's unable to get to me, he let's me know. It's never a long wait ever. His work is outstanding. His new maintenance assistant is also respectful and friendly. They're like part od the family.
