Sales staff are generally dismissive of tenants (e.g., comment made: “I don’t have time for you, I’m trying to run a business here”, or “I have other things I must get done before I listen to your problem”), and treat tenants as if they are an annoyance.Corporate social events are pathetic.Facility upkeep is non-existent. Hallway carpets are disgusting, outside common windows are covered in unwashed dirt, no security cameras for protection (things are stolen, like tenant’s personal property and fitness center weights), tenant with mental problems allowed in (making threats to tenants of physical harm), homeless people peeing in the pool, etc.Ice machine broken and not fixed for over 2 years (and still not fixed).The only reason I’m still here is because of the good friends I have made here.

When I was looking for a senior community, price of course was a big factor when you are on a fixed income, along with community friendliness. I visited 12 different senior communities. When I visited here which was my last community I checked out, I felt very welcomed. Mariah was the person who took her time with me to make sure I had all my questions answered and my one request for my apartment. I have been here a year now and plan to stay until I need assisted living. Our community, our residents and our activities here are awesome!
