Cleanliness of building two falls shortThe elevator has had the same spill for a week. I can’t remember the last time my floor was vacuumed.The grill area needs to be power washed in a bad way. The grills themselves have not been deep cleaned since I moved here almost a year ago. I bring my own utensils and my own scrub brush because people don’t seem to know to wipe down the grill when they’re donethere are grill brushes that clearly need to be replaced due to the bristles are all gonea little bit disappointing. I don’t know when the last time someone actually walked Building two because there’s a lot of lights out some at peoples front doors some in hallways.

Terry and Leo are the BEST! , knowledgeable, respectful and professional. They both exhibit great customer service skills, did a fantastic job fixing my leaking bathroom sink in a timely manner.

Paid covered parking for disabled

I had no idea there would be no drawers or medicine cabinets in bathrooms. No place to pu your toothbrush away and no storage for towels, washcloths, etc. not even in the kitchen.

Refrigerator filter, option to buy from you. It will truly save time. Talking with residents, I hadn't paid any attention. Now I noticed the light being on for replacement, going through the process of placing an order. I need water now, convenience of going to the office and purchasing filters. I drink alkaline water, so right now I'm hauling water. I had a water softener with alkaline spicket at my previous place. Avoiding the cumbersome with water.

Would prefer to speak directly with my complex manager about any issues or concerns. Thank you ☺️

There is a definite problem with the toilet. This is the 5th time I had to call maintenance for the same problem. The toilet keeps backing up and only use toilet paper

I'm very happy with the move in and my apartment. It is convenient to the elevator and parking. I made the right decision to relocate! I'll be very comfortable and happy here!

Still waiting on my vanity bulbs two days later......
