My mom and I are truly enjoying living here. I feel it’s safe. What I truly would love to see is a window wash service as the dust and dirt on the windows makes opening the windows unhealthy for mom as she is a lung cancer survivor. The dust and dirt that comes in when we do open the windows makes her cough and choke

I love my apartment, neighbors and staff I have met so many great people and I love the activities that I’m involved with. I’m hoping to start at bingo again as it’s one of my favorite games. Whenever I have a concern, it’s answered quickly thank you MERA Rhodes.

The rental fee is higher than I expected.

Safety is a major issue. The doors continue to not function properly. The newer residents allow their dogs to bark and lunge at you.People dumping garage outside of bins. Spilling drinks without cleaning them up .Most activities don’t consider working resident hours .It would be nice to have fuller trees and colorful plants .More incentives to renewOverall rating is an 8

Excellent. Thank you. Finally a true competent professional. Fixed 2 things for me that I was told by previous maintenance staff could not be fixed and were not, which I lived with for entire year here.

Allowing a "group" to run a community rather than hiring an activity director does not work for everyone to feel accepted in participating and/or enjoying an event.

I feel like I am a great resident, I waited along time for this site to be built. I didnt want to live any where else so I waited. I realize that times are changing really fast and prices are going crazy, I really wish that my Rent could stay low, I would stay here forever. I love this place. And the staff couldn't get any better.
