There is a lady with dementia above my apartment and she is constantly watering her plants and pouring water on my deck. The office would not do anything to help with the situation. There are many people who get in the apartment gate that don’t live here. The amazon deliveries are being left on floor all the time not in the lockers. The valet trash pick up doesn’t pick up all the time but they sure get paid like they do.

February 8 my dog was attacked by another residents dog. The resident was not able to control her dog. Luckily my dog was not injured after taking her to the vet. But my dog is still emotionally traumatized. I don’t understand how the other resident was allowed to move into this community with an 85 pound German Shepard mix breed! I do not like living in fear for my safety as well as for my dogs safety!

We would liked to see more travel and lifestyle presentations. We also have noticed lately new residents with memory care issues.

Your office and maintenance staff are exceptional!! I am thankful they are trusting and caring individuals, I can count on.Thank youMera…I love my community :)

I love the community, very courteous and helpful maintenance dept.The Trash department needs to stop cherry picking and leaving trash behind for later. I have become a member of the Welcome Care Committee. My hopes are that moral will stay positive during contract renewals

We have been more than pleased with our life here. The maintenance men are so very prompt and knowledgeable. Feels like home.
