Staff members are excellent

You provide an excellent facility run by and excellent staff. But your staff is one part or Tull time person short. Volunteers are wonderful but a community this size needs hands-on involvement to make new residents feel welcome with all the provided activities. When I arrived in 10/2025 such a person managed the activities, called me by name and made me feel "part-of". Since her departure the close community feeling is missing. The residents are great but only an on-site activities person can manage activities well. Volunteeers may work in one place but not another. Welcome committee and Vetrance committee all work OK, but everything works better with one person in the lead to direct the volunteers.

We were well satisfied with our time at Mera. The only reason we moved out is an opportunity to live with family.

My experience with Mera Vintage Park has been wonderful. I toured the property twice and visited other places to compare and just to make sure I wasn't imagining how great it was. I love the location, the amenities, and the units are spacious and modern.The staff is awesome and they make you feel so welcome and comfortable. It has been an enjoyable experience.

I am very pleased that my ac was fixed so quickly! There was no work order left saying they had been in my apt and there is a slight squeaking noise now that is constant when ac is running.
