I have always bragged to friends in other apartments about our maintenance. It is prompt,the staff is prepared and efficient, and always pleasant. I love that they answer my questions and help me understand things I can do for myself.

With no password the use of the codes is much more difficult!!!! It goes into my junk mail I have trouble finding it then back to the web site. I feel it is harder and I’m computer literate!
