It irritates me that I have to buy a water filter for a refrigerator that doesn't belong to me. The cost should be covered by my lease payment.I appreciate the staff at Mera.The policy of paying for light bulbs, water filters, etc, isn't a good policy.

I can’t say enough about the consistent excellent service from maintenance especially Jaime who is quickly responsive and knows immediately what is wrong and how to fix it. I have absolutely nothing to suggest for improvement.
