Jamie and Osmar are excellent maintenence men. They do a wonderful job of keeping our apartments in good shape.

Shortly after moving in, I couldn't settle down because of issues with the circuit breaker and the shower water temperature being low, the floor is uneven. However, I stayed in touch with the office staff, and they promptly fixed each of these problems one by one. Now, I am enjoying a pleasant and worry-free staying here.

Management does the bare minimum, basically stay in the front of the property. Manager does not walk the property and the place looks like it. Carpet tiles and flooring are coming up. Bugs walking across floor from entry under doorways. Stains stay on floor for months. Attitude is bottom line for investors not on gaining recommendations from residents. Sales seem to sound put out to show prospective tenants. Heard many explanations for the various aspects of common area and not impressed. Long vacancies are noticeable. Only stayed for location to work. Office screens calls, never got anyone to answer in 5 years and they don't promptly return calls.Maycie doesn't have the people skills to deal with residents or interest to improve.

The manager and staff often ignored my request. Never received a move-out interview or instructions. Three days after my move-in all floors vibrated 24/7(which was detrimental to my health). Each time I left my apartment, someone came in & stole items, including food. Lawn maintenance didn't clean my patio often. Passive-aggressive racism towards me was obvious. When do I get my pro-rated money back? Move out 5/26/2026, end of the month 05/31/2026. My privacy was violated the entire lease. There was no evidence of illegal break-ins. Seniors need to be aware of Mera on Vintage Preserve Parkway. Because we're old doesn't mean everyone has no memory or intelligence.

Light bulb was replaced in microwave, but now the light will not respond to off, full or half. It’s on 24/7. Thank you. Everything else is good!
