The changes in social events recently are not good.

Jamie and Osmar are The Best. We have the best maintenence people in Houston. They are always friendly and knowledgeable on issues that are in need of repair or replacement.

The only issue I have is that I meet residents & we talk about getting together learn the card game & things like that but we all go off and I don’t know how to get a hold of them so I’m never able to actually meet up to do this. I understand there is a resident directory in the works and I’m hoping that will help. I’ve missed things I would like to be a part of by not knowing how to contact people involved.

Living here at Mera has given me great peace. I am extremely pleased to be a resident. My home was prepared in an immaculate condition and it took my breath away. Thank you! I am happy to be here.Special thanks to the staff in the office who are always friendly and attentive.

Rental renewal rate that reflects new competition.

Not had anytime to participate in activities, other than new resident welcome, due to conflicting outside activities. I do a lot of volunteer work at my church and in the community. I love my apartment, but flooring needs to be evaluated- turning in work order.

I’m a people person, by this I mean I don’t like being alone often! I like to talk with people old or young. I’m also happy being with positive people. Love shopping and like to keep my place clean. I have lots of compassion for the ill ones and weaker people too.

I enjoy how peaceful it is here. As long as animals are kept under control.I am quite happy.. I have no complaints.

I can never get the code in the request soon enough. I have given up several times. The “password”. Worked so much better!!!!!
