My apartment isn't secure. Each time I leave & return, someone enters and disturbs or steals items. My floors vibrate every day at various intensities! Which follows my bed and chairs also vibrates. Very unhealthy situation: it began one week after my move-in.

From the day I first moved to Mera Vintage, to this day, Your Word Has Been Your Bond! Whenever I had a maintenance issues, they were ALWAYS resolved in a very timely manner and professionally done. The entire staff is very professional and friendly and easy to communicate with. The atmosphere here is very relaxing, peaceful, caring, and full of life. I called in that my A C wasn’t working. I waited it got hotter so it called back this time talked with maintenance and he hey we’re ready that over and hadn’t recieved the work order.

Changing from passwords to the codes are not as efficient. My codes often go to different mailboxes and have to be searched for. Password s were much more efficient and quick. Some residents are not as knowledgeable as others I’m fortunate having used them for a very long period of time still problems

I feel like i came from a very inhospitable environment to Heaven. What a nice group of people!! Im here forever. Ive lived in two other 55+ communities. Mera is the best one yet. Hands down.

On Fridays the group that plays music and sings is good but the music is way too loud. I know some residents who don’t come to the Friday social because of the loud music . There is no acoustics in the room. People would like to be able to talk with each other also as well as listening to the music.

AS A RESIDENT ON A FIXED INCOME, THE COST INCREASES IN RENT SINCE I FIRST MOVED IN HAVE CREATED SOME CONCERN.ALSO OF CONCERN IS THE BUILDING OF RENTAL APARTMENTS AROUND US. TRAFFIC AND SECURITY ARE A COUPLE OF THE CONCERNS CAUSED BY THIS.REGARDING THE AMENITIES - THE SWIMMING POOL IS NOT MADE FOR LAP SWIMMERS AND IS NOT HEATED, THERE IS ONLY ONE BICYCLE IN THE GYM -- THE MOST POPULAR EXERCISE MACHINE - IT IS DIFFICULT TO FIND FREE TIME TO USE IT.I AM AWARE OF THE MANY CARD GAMES, KARAOKE. MOVIES ETC. AVAILABLE AND THINK THOSE ARE EXCELLENT CHOICES FOR MANY.
