There were roaches when I moved in and management and the pest control folks have not been able to rid my apartment home of them. Annoying to say the least

Like others here we are a fixed income family.So the renewal amount we have to take into account. Also, Larry is a 90% Disabled Veteran and we’re hoping going into our 5th year at Mera there will be a discount offered.Also, we’re a little concerned about the new complex that’s being built across the street. It might be getting a little crowded.

One thing I can say about my apartment is that it’s back to back with the elevator, the wall was not insulated properly so in the summer, that side of the apt is very hot and in the winter my bedroom is extremely cold even though my heater is on. I get the tree roaches in my apt at least once a month even though it did get exterminated. And when it got exterminated it did not kill the big roach that was in my apt. But otherwise I am very happy here. It is getting pretty expensive. I just love our ladies in the office. Couldn’t ask for a better staff.

Mera maintenence is the best.

I work 8 to 5. I get back around 5:45. It would be nice to have more events later in the day for those who work.

They did not come. Still waiting. Im sure it’s just because im new here. Dont get on to them. It is just an oversight .

I have always bragged to friends in other apartments about our maintenance. It is prompt,the staff is prepared and efficient, and always pleasant. I love that they answer my questions and help me understand things I can do for myself.
