Many of the bushes on the sidewalk side of the fences have died and been removed but nothing put there to replace them. Seems the grounds and keeping up the appearances are not a priority at this facility. I think we need more lockers for mail so the boxes don’t pile up and become walking hazards….much less how it looks! And having to stop in front of portico to wait while we make sure the gates open clogs up the entrance. Those are my biggest drawbacks for this complex.

my apt seems to be in a dead zone.. i have a lot of trouble with my wifi thru verizon and also my phone with at&t. i don't know if it's because i am next to an elevator or what but electronics isn't good.That is really my only complaint. Maintenance is excellent!!

I would never rent with your properties again and realize that I made a mistake and I personally didn’t like management or the way it was unfair when it came to certain people. This is my personal opinion and experience.

The last few months have been frustrating. There have been multiple safety issues that have not been sufficiently addressed. These include trespassers on our property, doors failing to be locked or repaired, and re-arming all doors in our facility to prevent entry into the actual apartment buildings. This is supposed to be an INDEPENDENT living facility which means that there should be no reason for all interior doors to be locked and to require a resident fob for entry. Additionally, there has been an uptick in new residents who do not appear to meet the “independent living” standard and I am unsure of how they qualify to lease units in the complex. I personally have had interaction with 2 new residents whom I have found lost, wandering in the complex, and unsure of where their apartments are located or have been unable to work the gates in the courtyard in order to enter or exit their buildings. These experiences have made me question if I want to continue living here. I have made some really good friends here and I enjoy the activities that I have access too but some of these less than positive changes are frustrating. I have not made a decision about renewing my lease. It will be dependent on the what the terms of the lease actually are.
