My apartment isn't secure. Each time I leave & return, someone enters and disturbs or steals items. My floors vibrate every day at various intensities! Which follows my bed and chairs also vibrates. Very unhealthy situation: it began one week after my move-in.

I called in that my A C wasn’t working. I waited it got hotter so it called back this time talked with maintenance and he hey we’re ready that over and hadn’t recieved the work order.

Changing from passwords to the codes are not as efficient. My codes often go to different mailboxes and have to be searched for. Password s were much more efficient and quick. Some residents are not as knowledgeable as others I’m fortunate having used them for a very long period of time still problems
