After several weeks and several appointments for pest control to come...I hope last treatment works. Each tech that did arrive was polite and did listen to my bug complaint...might have been better if same tech came each time for this particular issue

We have the BEST Maintenance Crew. So happy there at Mera Vintage Complex. There is nothing Jamie or Osmar can’t fix.

I was expecting the guy to spray and he just left three traps to see what gets caught and where they come from. Not sure about the whole visit, to be honest. I want prevention of bugs, to come in at all, not report to the office what is caught if anything.

I am happy here but renewing a lease is stressful. It is important to consider the current economy and have lease negotiations reflect an understanding of residents who currently pay premium rent. As a resident I understand negotiations change and rent can fluctuate but if I am at a premium level I expect a minimum increase if any at all.

Mera Vintage has the BEST Maintenance crew.

I’m considering moving to Sage Plum Creek, another Sparrow 55+ community in Kyle, where my sister has lived for the last 3 years.

Overall, I have enjoyed living at Mera, and depending on the rental rate, I plan to renew my lease. We've had a few rough spots with broken water pipes but were repaired in a timely manner and life went back to normal. The maintenance guys take pride in their work and are verry helpful when minor problems arise. The management staff has been open and helpful even when we disagree, but we get over it. i would highly recommend others to consider Mera before they make a decision, as to where to live, and I have several times.
