Before I signed my first lease (when I was a free agent), Brandon Higley, the first manager of the complex, assured me that there would be offerings of Vegan food at the food events. He understood that it was the more salubrious and compassionate dietary option. I wish there were Vegan options at community led events now. Vegan entrees and cakes and desserts and salads sans cheese and pizza would be nice. And when you serve bagels, serve Vegan cream cheese with it - most grocery stores and takeout and food delivery establishments carry these items today. Fruit salad and crudite and hummus, while being appreciated, do not a meal make. And of course, non-dairy coffee creamer and salad dressing is a given.

The A/C unit was replaced and we’re happy with that. But, I had to request the A/C installation team to return, as the unit is making a rattling noise, and especially loud during the night as there is silence during the night.

We’ve been here since the beginning are fourth lease. We just changed units.Activities-+55, many still work, more activities after 5 PMUpkeep a property- has fallen off, it is summer. I understand it gets beat up with a terrible heat. Ask this question in December.Staff- Erik The new manager has been a nice addition seems fair, listening, trying to make needed changes, let’s see how the home office reacts

I feel that our new Manager, Erik, is doing a great job fixing or completing some of the issues/problems/complaints that have occurred here. The staff are amazing & that also includes our wonderful maintenance crew! The activities & fitness programs are great! Would live to see more ACTIVE 55+ residents though.

I had just moved in & found 3 things that needed fixing. I submitted a request on the weekend & they were all fixed on Monday. Very pleased with prompt response
