The lights in the bistro are too, dim. We can’t see at bingo or crafts. Please explain why the lights are different then the others

I couldn’t afford the apartment anymore. I went through my savings. I really wish I could’ve worked something out. I tried. I really did like my Apartment. I found an apartment across the street that was cheaper and a lot bigger and it was a one bedroom one bath.

I heard there was an ambassador for all new residents. Only one person in the entire property went out of their way to welcome me (and she lives across the hall). I didn't even get a tour of where activities are held. The calendar is not very specific and most people keep to themselves. There are very few activities on property and off site activities require transportation. As far as the apartment, the floors looked used and dirty all the time. There's a part of the floor outside the bathroom that feels like it's going to cave in. When I moved in here there were several items that should have already been fixed (like carpeting coming up allow for a possible fall, blinds broken, and overall, so dirty that my feet were black on the bottom on the first day I was here). There are no drawers in the bathroom but there are two sinks for one person. I came here to be around people but the only activity I can attend is aqua fit when the heater is actually on and working. There's only one craft activity per month and it was canceled for May. There's nothing to do during the daytime and even less on weekends. I can see there isn't a ton of participation for the activities planned. I think part of the issue is that people don't understand what the activities entails.The chances of me staying past a year is highly unlikely unless something changes. Everyone says this such a warm and friendly community but I have already experienced a lot of cliques.I could keep going but ultimately, it won't change anything.

It says my request was completed. I have the double lock on the interior door so to my knowledge maintenance can’t open when I am not home. They never came when I was home and most of the time I am home. Fortunately for me after a few days problem stopped and I didn’t need maintenance. There was no way on the website that would allow me to cancel request. I would like to know why it said the request was completed on April 30th. I would like clarification!
