When will current tenants have an opportunity to pay the advertised rent price offered to strangers? We have paid our dues and it is not fair to let strangers pay less than the loyal tenants who have continued to renew every time they have had the opportunity. If you have been here more than two years you should be able to pay less than current market rates based on performance! Never late on payments and been here for Seven years or more we should be able to pay 30% of our income. After age 65 we should never be required to pay more than 30% of our income because we can not be hired to work, if we are receiving social security we are on a fixed income. Given the current rate of inflation we the people would like to enjoy our Golden Years in a Great Place!

Moving to Mera Westgate is at the TOP of my bucket list! Although I don't live there I continue to attend the Welcoming Events. Let's admit it not lot of business would be so welcoming to their events if you didn't choose to patronize their business. Not Mera! I am all Welcome by the staff. Speaking about the staff "That little ball of pure joyous energy Tonya" is an Absolutely an Amazing asset to MERA!! If I had a Positive dictionary she would fulfilled ALL OF THE WORDS!! Tonya, is the visiting Niece that you are Happy to have over and you cook ALL of her favorite foods because you don't want her to go BACK HOME!! That's the type of impression Tonya has on you after meeting her. Yes!! Mera Westgate is the place for me to live! Thank you
