The rental rates are too high and the storage, garage and carport fees are ridiculous. For what u ate charging for rent for us who have leases the fees are ridiculously high.

Office staff are extremely helpful and provide speedy maintenance and friendly service!

Christina has been wonderful throughout this whole experience. This community sells itself if you come tour you can tell from the residents that this is a place you could easily call home.

Maintenance person was wonderful and maintenance was completed efficiently and effectively. However, we MUST have a system that provides timely updates on emergency requests such as summer AC outages.

Management are very engaged not not only making sure apartments are safe, secure, and protected, they are actively involved in getting our feedback timely, ensuring work orders are completed timely, activities are robust, and our needs are met.This is a great 55+ community and I recommend it to others who seek a wonderful community living experience.John Higginbotham
