I was deeply disappointed because water leak from the water tank on Sunday April 5 since the office was closed.l called the emergency line twice, even leaving a voice mail but no one got back to me.

None. All member staff are friendly. All residents are also friendly.

I would like to see transportation provided for off campus activities. Most residents come from somewhere else. Some donot drive at night. A few a physically challenged. Transportation would help all of us learn about and appreciate the greater Phoenix area and all it offers! Residents could pay for rides.I love it here!!!

Feel do to issue of family member not having access to enter building, resident should be given an extra fob without having to pay for it.

Daisy was absolutely wonderful. It is obvious she truly loves her career. She's one of a kind!!

I am very happy I made the decision to move here. Very comfortable. Other residents and neighbors Very friendly which is very important to me. The only complaint I have are the brown crawling bugs. I don't like crawling bugs in the home. I don't know if an exterminator is needed to correct this problem.

The maintenance men did not seem to know about the thermostat--I figured out some of it but really dont know if it is o.k. My sonwill be here in a few days, so I'll see if he can figure it out.
