When requesting maintenance the website says we will be contacted. That does not happen. Website will say maintenance request was completed when it has not been done. Activities in the bistro can be difficult to move around due to scooters and walkers. I think the tables should be rearranged and when serving food it would be good if those with scooters & walkers should go first and then let others stand in line. I also think it would be helpful if we had a booklet when moving here listing all about appliance maintenance and instructions. I learned about filter of refrigerator and a/c filter from another resident. It would be nice if we had some residents who would welcome new people to community and answered any questions. I have bee here almost a year and never saw the manager nor did I meet her. I think Erik is going to be a very good addition to the community.

I definitely enjoy living here at Mera Westgate and am one of the original people living here. There are all kinds of incentives and bonuses offered to new tenants. I think something should be offered to those who have lived here since opening. Just a thought.

We have roaches ever since our neighbors moved out a year ago, we also have hikes in our floor throughout the apartment

Request was never done. It states it was completed. This is a recurring problem with maintenance

Maintenance man did an excellent job of repairing the air conditioner. Was a complicated job and he completed the work quickly. I really appreciated that.

I would like to see time restrictions when children can be in the pool. Sometimes they are in the pool most of the day. That’s not fair to us older folks that would like to go down to the pool to relax.There are stains on the hallway carpets that don’t get cleaned up. Just really looks bad.

No one responded indicating my request was received and there is no indication that someone from Burns came to spray for roaches.

Life takes us in many directions. I love Mera and would suggest living here to anyone I care about, and whom Mera would be a fit. I have no complaints of my time here.Best regards, and thank you.
