Mera Westgate more than met my expectations when I moved in. As a retiree living alone there are more than ample opportunities to connect with others and socialize. I have made friends, join in activities when I desire and do not feel pressured when I just want to stay at home. The apartment is comfortable and feels like home. I'm now closer to family and I am very happy here. Office staff and maintenance are friendly. I look forward to another year!

My apartment faces the doggie park which can be extremely noisy & disruptive to my time of sleep. I'm not retired and still need to work.Can the dog owners be made more aware of this issue? Also the ground keepers wake me up as well.Also , i don't think we should pay extra for covered parking. Especially when I'm paying over $2000 for rent.

You need to keep pool heated all year!Make doors hadicap accessible. what you are doing is not up to code and any self respecting 54 plus community had push button doors!!!

Buying a home

Noisy! Pickleball and bocce ball generate a lot of noise. I'm sorry I took an apartment on the courtyard. If the rule about sunrise to sunset was enforced, noise would be less. But they are out there well after sunset. If I do renew, I will ask for a unit off the courtyard.

I have a reoccurring problem with black mold in my apartment they fixed it the first time back in June but it went through the sheetrock and is now coming out in the linen closet I wish this problem could be taken care of so that I don't keep getting black mold growing

Didn't realize when I asked for a light bulb to be changed that they had to order the whole fixture and change out the whole fixture couldn't just change the light bulb that's why it took a while once they got the fixture in and replaced it has been working okay now
