I really love the place and the people and the facility very nice and clean very good position and special special. The girls at the office. They’re very nice. I wish I left. I couldn’t make it the rent anymore because of my health and I was by myself I just got divorced and a little bit hard now but I miss that place and I always miss it.

We are downsizing into a smaller unit. You screwed us on rent for six months as you charged us about $500 more per month than you rent to a new person moving in . We were in apt 3411 since July 2022. IT now rents below $2500/month. A rate which we expected when it came time to renew again. That was not happening so wedownsized to a smaller unit (3406) which was in range of affordability. You didn't give us any FREE rent like you do to outsiders which proves that you care more for new people than people who are current residents. Why renew lease? Your competitors are more cost effective (3 bedrooms for under $2000) and give 10 weeks free rent too.

The staff is excellent. If you have any problems the staff takes care of it right away.

I wish the dog owners had more respect for the property. They pee and poop any place. I wish we had assigned parking . Overall I’m happy

The social aspect is good. If you attend the events you always feel welcome. However, our main concern is the upkeep. The hallway rugs are not just dirty but filthy. Spots everywhere. The floors by the elevators need a deep cleaning not just a wet mop. It is embarassing to have guest see this. There are loose tiles in the pool and apparently the heater is broken. We are waiting to see how much our rent will increase before deciding to leave as we have already explored other options. We don't understand the concept of raising the rent when there so many empty units here. You are asking residents to leave by pricing them out. Other Meras (which we have checked out) have better upkeep. Mera Goodyear has dark painted apartment doors which makes it look classier and cleaner. Our doors are plain and many are dirty looking. The pool curtains are torn. For $2000.00 a month we would like to feel prouder of where we live. The common areas, lobby and bistro always look nice but as soon as you head down the hall you notice the difference. Art in the hallways would also help the atmosphere. It is not a bad place but a little more respect and concern for the upkeep would really be appreciated and possibly help retention.
