I would like to see time restrictions when children can be in the pool. Sometimes they are in the pool most of the day. That’s not fair to us older folks that would like to go down to the pool to relax. There are stains on the hallway carpets that don’t get cleaned up. Just really looks bad.

No one responded indicating my request was received and there is no indication that someone from Burns came to spray for roaches.

Life takes us in many directions. I love Mera and would suggest living here to anyone I care about, and whom Mera would be a fit. I have no complaints of my time here.Best regards, and thank you.

Larry finished my service request in a timely manner and was as friendly, professional, and congenial as he always is

Always always prompt, professional and satisfactory.

I really wish the doors were easier to get in and out for those that have mobility issues or are carrying bags. Overall I am satisfied with my apartment.

Mera Westgate staff is superb, their service is always excellent.

So fast!

Larry is friendly and efficient.
