I moved from Cleveland Ohio to Glendale Arizona 1st thing tht drew me to Mera was the pool...I was hopin to swim all year round obviously Mera don't want to pay the bill n unfortunately the bad makes it bad for the good ppl...I knw some ppl have tlked abt it n I had to join a gym now to swim...the activities I heard from other ppl when this place opened it was very awesome alot of food n activities n now tht years are goin by it's less n less...now it's up to the residents n mayb little front office to keep the activities n food going cuz the office ppl kind of lingered out is wht ppl have been tellin me...the events around here don't bother me I'm very active outside of our events...pool I'm very upset abt..mayb 50* can't swim laps unfortunately 2 3 ppl go in there unfortunately I'm one of those 2 3 ppl...keep heater 75 80...i'm on a corner unit I think the rent in my unit should b a lot lower or givin a free garage...I live in a high traffic area with the ramp in front of me n a entrance door right by a wall which is my bedroom I do sleep with ear plugs... these doors here slam n shake the buildin unfortunately ppl in their state of mind don't have the respect to turn around n grab the door...I do tell the office I hope not to see my rent or other things go up cuz it's a corner unit n its a very high traffic area...I've tlked to other ppl in the same situation...mentioned to the office abt these empty units burnin stupidity electricity waste in the world...conserve energy someone pays for electricity...why do you think my rent etc goes up cuz you have to pay the bills to operate your complex here... literally no one on their patio just burning a light bulb for no reason it's ridiculous...doesn't matter what you say there's no one in the unit no reason for those bulbs to be burnin...

The sink is still clogged

I still hear the noise but they say they looked at it apparently they say nothing's wrong with that squeaky. I never communicated with it repair men about it..

Efficient

When I moved in, I missed detection of a small hole in the floor of the kitchen and a poor floor finish in the bathroom while looking at it from the hallway to the bedroom. I had already moved in and was disappointed that the manager, at the time, said there was nothing he could do. I was otherwise very happy and decided to chalk them up as blemishes in my mind and not escalate the issues. Since then I have been very happy living here. The whole staff is wonderful! I’ve taken very good care of the apartment. At some point when I have time, I’d like to shampoo my carpet, but isn’t urgent. Thankfully I have never spilled anything on it and it is stain free. Whenever the front office needs help with promotion, I wholeheartedly volunteer like 5 star ratings, video communication, etc.. I feel like I am a low maintenance tenant. I never complain and I rarely submit maintenance requests. Maybe on average one minor issue a year. I am very friendly with everyone and I’d like to consider myself a valued tenant as well. I’ve only participated in one community event, but think it would be nice to participate down the road after I retire. I still work full time and it won’t be anytime soon.
