After receiving a call to say my vehicle was ready to collect I made my way to Reception & was told to take a seat. After waiting for 15 minutes I realised the Advisorwho was dealing with something elsewas not discussing anything relating to a servicebut was engaged in general conversation. I returned to Reception & informed them I was still waiting to be dealt with. They said they would page the Advisorbut after a further 10 minutes they were still talking & another member of staff came to deal with me. He was not aware that I had pre-paid for my service & swiftly went through the service paperworkbut failed to mention if anything had been done regarding my comments about the 'gear slipping' through low gears.Since purchasing this car from this dealer I have been extremely impressed by the high level of customer servicebut this has changed my view somewhat.I was not impressed by the experience of collecting my vehicle following annual service.
