I telephoned the previous day (Friday) and was not given helpful information at all I then called on Saturday morning and the person (Linda) on the phone was excellent in knowledge and helpful information resulting in the problem being sorted - brilliant.

Excellent customer service at Mercedes Benz of Ashford. 5 Stars also for Aaron Maplesden, him was briliant and show much professionalism for my new car purchase. In the last 4 years I always had a warm welcome from all staff from there.

The sales person had the wrong time, after we had agreed it. Did not show some of the features of the car such as connecting the phone.
