First class pick up and Drop off, very polite individual. The video of the cars general condition (tyre levels etc) very informative and comforting to know. Overall really good.

An important Recall was required on my A Class. The letter advising me of this stated that it was urgent and needed action now. I telephoned my Ashford Branch to book the car in. They told me they were busy with many similar recalls and that it would be early June 2024. I told them I was towing my caravan over the Public Holiday weekend and felt uncomfortable having to do this. The garage immediately said they could fit me in within 3 days. That’s what I call Service at its Best
