I gave that score because the handover on 29th March of my new vehicle went well. However it is the process that I would like to raise to ensure that improvement is made. On the afternoon of Monday, 25th March, I received a telephone call from James Hendry that my new vehicle has arrived. James said that I have to complete all the paperwork by Wednesday. He specified which date I can collect the vehicle - Wednesday or Saturday. This is because he was only available on those two days that week. I said that if he is not available, other staff can handover the vehicle to me on another day. He said that other staff are too busy dealing with up to 25 vehicles. I like you to check if he is telling the truth here. I felt pressured to complete all the paperwork at such short notice. Surely some of these paperwork should have been completed with me on the date that I ordered the vehicle on 12th March or the following week, not two days before he expected me to submit all those paperwork. He had not taken into consideration that I work full time and have other commitments. He had also expected me to collect the vehicle on the two days that he specified. I asked if the office was open on Friday. He said that he is not working but I could come in on his specified time at 9am. There was no choice given me. I felt pressured by the way he spoke - there was a lack of courtesy and understanding of the customer's needs - it is all about him and his needs. As I felt pressured, I told him that I was going to discontinue the call and would call him back the next day. James should be advised to treat the customer with courtesy and respect and upholds the reputation of Mercedes (Lookers).

Aaron was very good in customer service,however,I was not given a car sales invoice after paying for it.I also didnt receice document for the one year extended warranty on top of the manufacturer warranty when it ends.
