My first service was due on Thursday the 1st of August. Whilst being informed of progress by video and I was grateful to have a courtesy car, my only issue was they never cleaned my Mercedes afterwards to a good standard, apart from that, I was happy with the service I received..

My car was collected serviced and mot quickly and efficiently and returned to me on time. My only cause for concern was being unable to pay the cost by card as I have always done in the past. Rachel and Linda were very helpful. I paid by cheque something I have not done for several years

Overall ok. Screen wash charged for was not needed. Had been recently topped up. A small cost but unnecessary. Complimentary wash incomplete. Rear seats left down and boot empty but not hoovered.
