Process all good and reception area and hospitality excellent.No real explanation of what was being done or process of the investigation to determine the fault with the sensor . The lead guy Steve and the assigned mechanic Ben wandered in and out of the reception area and didn’t provide any updates or feedback. After 2 hours I was sent an email and text of the health check on tyres and brakes and general condition under the car. No mention of the rest of the car. There was no mention on the sensor fault. I asked Steve for an update , who advised you know more than me ! A surprising comment from the service team lead .I was then informed the fault was a connector and needed to come from Germany. We agreed a date for the follow up work to be undertaken. I asked if this was covered by the warranty and was informed yes.Although the health check advised the rear brake pads are worn with about 5% left there was no mention of these needing to be replaced or when / how many more miles approx before they are. The front brakes were advised as nearly new with 11mm of wear left ? I have had this car for 8 weeks and bought it from Ashford MB. I have done less than 600 miles since collection. If the rear brakes are 95% worn I would have thought they would have been done prior to the sale as part of the full service . It seems the front brakes are new and must have been done at the pre sale service.My next service as part of the plan is October 23 so doubt the rear brake pads will last that long or are covered under the warranty so will become an out of service item.I would have thought if you are doing the check it would be discussed and any issues / need for work highlighted and when needed or outlined to the customer.More than happy to discuss as required and thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback.Rob

I have always been extremely satisfied with my local branch (Ashford, Kent).They are always polite, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and help me with any questions or doubts so I can buy the best product according to my needs.This time, all my expectations have been exceeded. A big thank you to the Sales Representative Adam Reeves, his colleague Joe and one of the managers, Matthew, who have gone out of their way to assist me and expedite my purchase due to a personal issue.I experienced the best after sales service and a wonderful all round service,Big thank you to all the team, including Beverly, the most kind and efficient receptionist who I have dealt with for a few years now.

Bought remotely from Nottingham, and whilst there was a delay on the ETA of the vehicle, it ultimately arrived. Dion provided excellent assistance to me, the right guy with the right car at the right price, and the service package offered was actually cheaper than the one I’d had with Mercedes previously, so I’m more than content.
