The booking system is rubbish. It is very difficult to get a slot that suits me and no- one there has the slightest understanding of cars. I sometimes have a technical question, and it is far too difficult to get through to the actual dealership to get an answer. The Ashford team I find good, but the call centre is a blocker to talking to them, which I can only assume is deliberate.

The original booking through a centralised number went wrong. Ashford had no record of me at their branch but found out I had been booked into Tonbridge instead. The job was rebooked for the following week and I have no complaints at all about Ashford's services.

Meghan was absolutely wonderful and professional in handling car problems after my major surgery, i was always well informed. Don’t like to say this but dealership definitely moving in right direction and upwards
